What we collect

From a brief or enquiry: business name, email, phone, WhatsApp, address if you give it, logos, photos, price lists, and the notes you type. Intermediate briefs may include your bank or pay-app details so we can put them on your site.

Why

To reply to you, send a quote, and build the website or system you asked for. We do not sell your details.

Where it goes

Your form is emailed to support@vibeit-intel.net and stored on our private request board. Files we use to build your site stay with us. Payment of a quote is a bank transfer to us — we do not take card details on this site.

How long

We keep the brief and files while we do the work and for a reasonable time after, so we can help with later changes. Ask us to delete them if you want them gone.

Your rights
