How we work.

Prices and when we start

Package prices on this site are once-off. We send a quote or invoice with our bank details. Pay 50% to start the design, using the quote number as the reference. The other 50% is due when you approve the design, before we put the site live. A quote stays open for 14 days unless we write otherwise.

What is included

• Entry: a marketing website and one revision round after the first draft.
• Intermediate: shop, bookings and payments, and two revision rounds after the first draft.
• Advance: scoped with you. The quote sets the price and the revision rounds.

Extra changes after those rounds are quoted first. We do not start extra work until you agree the extra amount.

What you supply

You send the logos, photos, prices, and words for your business. If those are late or missing, the site is late. You open your own bank account, PayFast, iKhoka, or other pay app. We only put the link or details on the site.

Domain

Where we register a web address for you, the first year is part of Entry. After that you pay the renewal — about R105 a year, depending on the name.

The finished site

After the package is paid in full, the site is yours to use for your business. We keep a copy so we can help with later changes, which we quote first.

Sending a brief

Sending a brief is not a booking and not a payment. It lets us see what you need. We may decline work. Advance is a conversation, then a quote.
